Empowering Teens

Through Service.

Making an impact one project at a time.

What We Do

Teen Impact Project’s Mission

TIP is a nonprofit organization that helps teens engage with their city by understanding the issues they’re passionate about and discovering their capacities to create change. Through large-scale projects and initiatives, as well as one-on-one work with families, we strive to empower teens to become leaders and impact in their schools and wider communities.

RECENT PROJECTS

With TIP you do it all – plan, participate and share.

Kitchen Masters

Enthusiastic TIP Teens cooked their hearts out for guests of the Church of St. Matthews and St Timothy’s meal program. The highlight of the day was serving their creation to over 50 appreciative diners.

Get Out The Vote

Just ahead of midterms, TIP teens joined the League of Women Voters and other volunteers for a voter registration training. They left with the desire to make sure that their peers turning 18–and other new Yorkers–vote in future elections.

Anatomy of A Fundraiser

Six amazing NYC teens from Congregation Rodeph Sholom  planned a fundraiser to benefit Charley’s Fund. This hard working group of boys were the leaders of the  event and did it all to ultimately raise $2,030.97 for Charley’s Fund.
